Nokia 2720 ‘Fold’ Now Available at Petro-Canada and Sunoco Locations
Saturday, December 5, 2009 22:20
You may recall Best Buy Canada launching the Nokia 2720 ‘Fold’ just ahead of the main carrier launch at Fido. We’ve seen this before, and weren’t surprised… But when I read this bit of news, for some reason I was caught a little off-guard. The Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 2720 is now available at Petro-Canada and Sunoco locations for prepaid. Alternatively, if you collect ‘Petro-Points’ with your gas purchases you can redeem 154,000 points for the device.
If picking up a new flip-phone at a gas station isn’t your thing, you can always hit up Fido and get the same device for free on a 2-year contract (or off-contract). The Nokia 2720 is pretty bare-bones, coming with a 1.3MP camera (with video), Bluetooth, MP3 player, FM radio and 2.5mm audio jack.
For more information hit up Petro-Canada Mobility.
