After failing to produce a compelling Android tablet, ViewSonic will now try their hand at producing low-end Android phones. Elizabeth Woyke of Forbes reports that ViewSonic will unveil the ViewPhone 3 at CES next week. This budget Android phone is aimed at the emerging Latin American markets, but ViewSonic will also sell an unlocked model in the US that will operate on AT&T and T-Mobile.
